70s handheld game 'Blip' has fascinating innards
Fascinating look at Blip, the "digital" game that made Pong portable. Forward to see how this baby works. Genius. Misleading, maybe, but genius anyway.

This is brilliant and totally captures David Caruso's performance as Horatio in CSI:Miami. Actually, you don't ever have to watch an episode after this. Just imagine that it will involve floppy haired Horatio rescuing a damaged prostitute while finding an organ donor for a sick orphan, mostly in slow motion.
OK -- this is totally awesome and and one of those things that makes total sense on the iPhone (although you might be looked at a bit funny in the subway going "pah pah pah paaah"). Quality of the final output is entirely adequate for something that let's you compose a song on the fly.
Sure this looks like simple fun but I can also see it as a great way to put down a song which you have in your head. Awe-some.

Good news everyone. Listiki was selected as one of the four OpenFund finalists that got seed funding. Most excellent stuff as this also meant meeting some really interesting people doing great things. Congratulations to Fashinating, CrawdOut and YouScan who also made the cut. I'm going to be following their progress and hopefully meet again in the next 4 months. Let's get back to work.
Stef and Alex once again tackle a busy week in Cyprus and discuss fake vaccinations, rogue donkeys, the new airport and invisible asteroids. Enjoy.
